After I read this article, evidently many thing I didn't know in teaching. All points of this article can be packed when I'm teaching later. It explain really detail about a student wishes who want independent learning. Teacher have to use this method to students. This learning include one of the modern learning. teacher is a facilitator only. This thing to exercise the independent students. all of wishes of students is not many. because maybe from 30 students, only 10 students want asking the wishes like that. but from 10 students must there are many students to follow it. this modern learning can make students think according their mind and they can get many knowledge than teacher teach with their traditional method now.

because of this article, I as a teacher want to apply LKS learning and independent learning on my class. And to all of teachers be expected change their traditional method of their learning. they have to make many method such as the variation method, creative method, and the spirit of challenge to their students.

after teachers do that method. I hope they don't forget about understanding of their students. there are some students have easy understand and there are some students have difficult understand. teachers can't be partial, but they have to selective to choose the method. so that, all of students can understand what they want to say to them. use of technology right now can make achievements of students is increase. And I hope , from this article many teachers can make the education goals be come true.

REFLEKSI BAHASA INGGRIS

            In teaching and learning, I try to reflect that lesson with my language. In lesson, lecturer and students have each position. Lecturer and student must aware with their position specially students. The good communication both of them is trust. The lecturer is a facilitator and giving help to students, meanwhile the students have to trust with their ability that they can get more knowledge than the lecturer who tell the knowledge in detail. The lecturer as the facilitator will try to make their students be the success person but the manner is the students have to try to independent learning.

            Trying with independent learning to students must based on will. We must trust with our will then we have to positive thinking only to get our success, although it’s impossible. The good attitude also to make sure our success. A lecturer as a provider of knowledge have to emphasize again that the science that we look for by our self will more remembered than it. This thing is right. Why? Because of an English teacher when I’m on Senior High School. He told me, “if you want have many vocabulary, please looking for it by your self. Because if I give that vocabulary and the meaning of the word to you, you will forget it. I believe one or three days again, you will forget it. if you don’t believe, let’s prove it.” in the fact I remembered that word in 3 days but when 2 weeks later, the teacher met me and asked me about the vocabulary. He asked me about the 5 words, but I remember 3 only. He told me the key want to remember that word. The key is please practice that word everyday. Use the word in your sentence , in your dialogue. And he’s right.

            Someone can’t make us be a success person except our self. To be success also we need skill and technique. We use it to give the best answer when diligent to work it. So that in lecture if determined there are 13 face to face, this thing can’t load many knowledge to the students. Only skill and technique of students can make their knowledge add. Because of their skill many experience they get.

            The lecturer only make us remember that knowledge who we get by our self will more attached in our mind. Only you can help your self, only you can do it. In English, if we want speak English, please look for the daily conversation, then practice it. Although the implementation of English and Indonesian language really different such as there’s one word in English but we add one word in the last, it will give the different meaning. For example : ‘look after’ and ‘look into’ same use ‘look’ but because add ‘after’ and ‘into’ have the different meaning. We just need how to understand the using. The people want to try must be great, different with the arrogant person. The arrogant person can’t get anything. English is yours, English has contents, language without contents is non sense.  You are the actor! You are a actor in this English. If you want to increase your English, of course you can. Only you can change your self. Expressing your self to get the best in your life. Remember about the humility and the low self-esteem. The good person is the humility and the person not prepare their self is the low-self-esteem. And trough of this reflection, we can get everything from your self, to look for knowledge and the independent learning.
