The first think of me about teachers is the work of teacher only teaching. but when I grow up, I begin understand that be a teachers we must think about the best method of students learning. and we must be facilitator to them. we can not do the transfer knowledge, but we must do the innovative lessons. for example we must think about the benefit about IT, and anything about the globalization era. we must think that teachers can't do their traditional method again, they must think about the effect also. that's my opinion.
