If we want to do research we must have the curiosity and we know the benefit of our research and the effect. We must have the experience of research, or we don't have , we can look for and read the research from another person.In other hand , we must have the good innovation and the support factor about our research. Don't forget also we must remember about the ability of our students. We can do it if we have motivation, spirit, the other good thing. Specially you must work hard include the skill, teaching and learning process and social ability.
