Munchak (2004) indicated that in order to provide lessons that are both
engaging and challenging to each individual, it is necessary to know the
students as people. Each individual will come to my class with their
own set of abilities, motivations, attitudes, goals, and cultural
background.
I agree with his statement. this thing able to
develop the think of students. teachers as the facilitator must
understand about this condition. they need to give more variation in
teaching. because all of students is different in accept the lesson,
they need to prepare some method, so the haters of mathematics can be
the mathematics lovers. the teachers have to give motivations so the
students want to learn mathematics. the different of students can give
many idea to all of teachers, it will add the methods how to face the
students. everything is begin from the creativity of teachers.
